How do I contact SurveyHeart support?

How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to respond within one to two working days. Replies can take a little longer over weekends and public holidays.
How do I report a form that breaks your rules?
Use the Report abuse link on this page, or the report link at the bottom of any SurveyHeart form. Tell us what is wrong and we will review it.
Can you help with my responses or exports?
Yes. You can view responses as live charts or individual entries, and download them as Excel, CSV and PDF. If something is not working, email us with your form link and we will take a look.
I have a billing or plan question. Who do I ask?
Check the Plans and pricing page first for what each plan includes. For payments, invoices or upgrades, email [email protected] and we will sort it out.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes. SurveyHeart is on Android and iOS, so you can build forms and check responses from your phone. You will find the app links in the footer of this page.
