How to tell if an online form is safe to fill

Most forms are safe and ordinary. But check these things before you share anything sensitive.

• Look for https:// in the address bar. The lock icon means your data is encrypted as it travels.
• Check if the questions match the purpose. A school form has no reason to ask for your bank OTP. A feedback form does not need your card number.
• Know the organisation. If you are not sure who sent the form, check with them directly before you fill it.
• Watch for pressure. Rushed deadlines, urgent language, and promises of money in exchange for your details are warning signs.
• SurveyHeart never asks for your OTP, banking password, full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or crypto wallet seed phrase. If a form on SurveyHeart asks for any of these, it is a misuse of the platform. Walk away.
